This research investigates the best ways to provide support for parents on low incomes in Scotland to promote early learning and development at home.
The research involved 50 parents with at least one child under the age of 3 from across 18 local authorities in Scotland. It examines the barriers parents face in accessing support and offers some potential solutions.
