There are times when you could really do with talking to someone. Phone about anything that’s worrying you or getting you down, or for information on money, legal and disability issues.

Pregnancy and babies

Having a baby changes just about everything - how you feel, how you live and what you need to know. No wonder there are hiccups!

Starting to walk, starting to talk - toddlers can be a lot of fun. They can also be a real handful! It can be a battle of wills with small children and at times you need all the ideas and support you can get.

Age 5-12

Starting school is exciting but can make life more complicated. Finding your way around the system, and helping your child cope with school and friends isn’t always easy.

Teenagers

Relationships, independence, body image, school pressures - the teens can be tough all round. If you’re feeling the strain, you are not alone!
