UNCRC - Supporting families webinar

UNCRC: supporting families webinar report

26 January 2022

PAS brought together leading experts in Scotland to discuss how implementation of the UNCRC in Scotland can help to solve the systemic problems of poverty and housing that parents and carers are facing, and how whole family support must be part of that picture.

UNCRC - briefing from PAS and Together

5 April 2022

This briefing highlights what the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC), the UN Committee and case law have said about children’s rights to adequate housing and family support, and how poverty denies them these and other rights.
