Making a Parenting Plan
The plan is used by parents who are separating instead of asking a court to decide. The plan can be helpful to identify what you both agree on, for example, where your children will live, who else can look after them or how they'll spend school holidays and birthdays.
- Parental rights and responsibilities
- Separation and divorce
- Non-resident dads
- Family break-up
- Your relationship with your partner
