Children's Hearings System (Scottish Children's Reporter Administration)

The centre of the child protection and youth justice system for children in Scotland (Children's Hearings System).

The system aims to protect the safety and welfare of children and address their behaviour including offending. A children's reporter is the first contact a child or family will have with the system.

Their website provides information for parents and carers whose children have been asked to attend a hearing.
