Information about what care and support is available for parents, family members and carers of children who have been diagnosed with a health condition which means they may not live to reach adulthood.

Their telephone helpline and website provide families with resources, information to make sure you know exactly what you are entitled to, and have the knowledge you need to be able to make choices and stay in control of your child's care.

Together for Short Lives was formed in 2011 by a merger of ACT and Children's Hospices UK.
