Scotlands` first postnatal depression telephone helpline `Bluebell at ParentLine`.  The initiative is a joint venture between CHILDREN 1st and Crossreach.  All calls are answered by specially trained volunteers, the service is available to anyone in Scotland affected by postnatal depression.
