Child restraints - NEW LAW in September 2006

In September 2006, the law will change regarding children riding as passengers in cars. Appropriate  fitted child restraints will become mandatory for babies and children up to 12 years old. Failure to provide a child with the correct child restraint (baby seat, child seat, booster seat, or booster cushion) will result in strict penalties. This website provides detailed information about the new legislation with a comprehensive list of questions answered.
